How to Pay for Facebook Ads In Nigeria

How do you pay for your Facebook Advert In Nigeria?

This is one question I get asked daily. There are three fast ways to pay for your Facebook ads.

We will start with the first one:

1. Getbarter

What’s GetBarter?

It’s a virtual online card that helps Nigerians make International payments In Naira. They are an American company that partnered up with Flutterwave, an African payment company, to allow users in Nigeria make payments online without any hassle.

How does GetBarter work?

It allows users to create an unlimited number of virtual dollar account for a single or recurrent transactions.

This online virtual cards can be a Visacard or Mastercard depending on your needs. There are no limits to the amount you can fund your card with.

So how do you register on Getbarter?

So how do you register on Getbarter?

Step 1: Go to your Google Playstore and  locate the Getbarter app

Once you download the app, create an account and your virtual card. You will then be able to fund your virtual card from your bank account in Naira. In less than an hour you can start using your card.

The virtual cards are customized with your name, address and postal address. That’s not all…

You can also create multiple cards and keep track of all of them.

That’s it.

You will be able to run your Facebook ad easily with this method.

That’s leads us to the next method.

2 Using Facebook Prepaid Balance

This method involves manually adding money to your Facebook account before running any advert. Facebook then deducts from this amount as your advert runs.

You must set up your Facebook account to run manually if you want to use this method. Just go to your settings to enable this.

Last but not least…

3. Paying directly with your Mastercard/Visacard

This was  the method I initially used until Facebook suddenly stopped accepting my card for payments. Lots of people have faced the same challenge.

If you are having that same challenge use Getbarter and get your adverts running.

The thing about Facebook is that new updates and changes keep coming so you must constantly evolve and adapt to the changes.
